Teardown call
A free 30-minute session where LootRate runs your game through the scorecard live. You get 2–3 specific revenue gaps and the Opportunity Index on the call. No prep required. This call also scopes the full audit if you decide to proceed.
Access and intake
After engagement confirmation, you share store screenshots, economy documentation, and key metrics (DAU, payer conversion rate, ARPPU). A mutual NDA is executed before any proprietary data is shared. Audit clock starts on day one of access.
14-dimension scoring
Each dimension is scored 0–5 against 50+ top-grossing titles in your genre. Scores reflect your current state relative to what category leaders are doing. Finding annotations explain the gap and the direction of improvement.
Opportunity Index + revenue model
Category scores are weighted and combined into an Opportunity Index. A revenue delta model projects the monthly lift range for each gap, calibrated against your game's current metrics. This is what tells you where to spend your engineering time first.
