Month 1 is structured differently from ongoing months. The goal is to establish baseline, align the team, and get the first offer brief in flight before the month ends.
Full Monetization Audit + team onboarding
We run the Full Monetization Audit in Week 1. All 14 dimensions scored against genre benchmarks, Opportunity Index calculated, revenue delta model built. Your team has the scorecard before Week 2 starts. KPI baseline set: ARPPU, payer conversion rate, first-purchase day, average transaction value.
Offer design backlog build
8–12 dev-ready offer specs built from the highest-delta Opportunity Index dimensions. Each brief covers hypothesis, success metric, minimum detectable effect, required traffic, implementation notes, and priority rank. Offer types span anchor pricing, decoy SKUs, and offer chains.
First offer finalized + roadmap presentation
